Exceptional All-Around
Jimmy Webb visits the house and inspects your roof and explains why it is leaking and how he found the location, the type of work required and answers your questions about the work. An estimate was available that evening and was reasonable compared to another higher estimate. The roofers arrived on time and completed the work quickly. I received pictures of the leaking area and the work to correct. Kelley at the office is responsive to your questions and Braulio made sure the receipt was forwarded promptly.
From one pro to another
The home we purchased had been damaged during Irma and needed weather blocking installed on the roof vents. Speaking with the salesperson, I mentioned I had been a contractor in another state and was unimpressed with the workmanship in Florida. He assured me the work would be of the highest quality and he was right. In fact, my expectations were exceeded. During the process, I made several inquiries and always received a prompt answer. If they show this much pride on a small job, I imagine they’d do the same on larger ones. I highly recommend them.

Exceeding Expectations
Please pass on an additional 'thank you' to both technicians, Juan and Ismael. They were amazingly courteous and professional, something I have not seen in a long time. Even though they could not find any specific leak, they removed roofing tile and resealed around the vent area just to ensure that their due diligence had been covered.

Inspection Wonder
This was an extraordinary experience. Jimmy, the employee they sent, performed a complete inspection. He took a camera to show me that water was coming from a pipe that had been installed in the crawl space. The air conditioner needed a sealing around the pipe. He said that the AC company should have seen this. Wood was rotting, and area was wet. He charged me nothing and gave me correct advice. He also was very kind. I would tell anyone to use this company!
Familiar Faces
Just wanted to thank Kelley for the prompt and courteous service received regarding the roof repair. The roofer had actually done some warranty roof repair for our home previously so it was nice to see a familiar face who I knew did quality work. I will definitely use GWR for any future roofing needs and will highly recommend you to everyone.

Our roof was removed and a new underlayment installed yesterday. The crew was very fast, efficient and did a very good job.
